Executive Responsible for all administration and financial needs.

I have over 45 years business experience handling administration, financial, vendor and facilities responsibilities.  Personally, I have owned multiple association properties, served on 3 different condominium boards over the past 15 years.

CLEMENT MCCANN

PRESIDENT

Chief Engineer handling all facilities management needs.

I am a Master Carpenter with over 35 years experience in all aspects of construction. In addition, I have 10 years of successful business ownership and over 20 years of personal home ownership.
